Merinoaustralia go to great lengths to ensure you receive only the best quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will happily replace or exchange the item providing we have been notified within 30 days of its purchase.

Please take care when returning your items and send them in the original packaging. We highly recommend sending your return via registered post (a tracking number is required). We will not accept responsibility of lost or damaged incoming parcels. Postage charges are the responsibility of the sender unless the garment is faulty in which case merinoaustralia will cover the return postage.
